Delivery of Products
Orders are delivered by the designated transport company, in accordance with Article 7.3 of the General Terms and Conditions of Contract (GTC), within the territories specified in Article 2.3 of those Terms and Conditions.
As a general guideline, products are dispatched within up to 48 business hours from receipt and confirmation of the order.
Delivery will be made to the address provided by the customer during the purchase process, in accordance with the applicable shipping method.
Notwithstanding the above, and in accordance with applicable law, delivery shall be completed within a maximum period of thirty (30) business days from the date the order confirmation email is received, subject to product availability at the time of purchase.
The estimated delivery times provided are indicative only and may be affected by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including the selected payment method, logistical issues experienced by the carrier, public holidays, or adverse weather conditions.
